By accessing or using the Lyfe Forge platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

2. Description of Service

Lyfe Forge provides an AI-powered content creation and management platform, including multi-AI research, fact verification, brand voice management, SEO analysis, and WordPress publishing tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Lyfe Forge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lyfe Forge to:

  • Create content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with the platform’s security or functionality

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Lyfe Forge is yours. The Lyfe Forge platform, software, and design are owned by Lyfe Forge Pty Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are offered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lyfe Forge Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publication.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
